Late Filing Penalty for Annual Returns Compiled within 2021, 2022 Capped at €150

The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property Cyprus recently announced that the maximum total amount for late filing of Annual Returns, compiled within 2021 and 2022, will not exceed the amount of €150 for each late filing.

This provision will be in force until 31 December 2024.

Any amount that was paid exceeding €150 from 01/06/2021 until 23/06/2022 for Annual Returns with a date of compilation within the years 2021 and/or 2022, will be refunded.
