Implementation of Late Filing Penalties for Overdue Company Annual Returns (HE32) Extended
According to the announcement made by the Registrar of Companies of Cyprus on April 19, 2021, the implementation of late filing fees for overdue filing of company Annual Returns (HE32) is extended to June 1st, 2021.
The late submission penalty fees for forms HE2, HE4, HE12, HE57, AE5, ΑΕ6, AE8 are in force since December 18th, 2020.
