Cyprus to Serve Its Citizens via Tele-Service

Recently, the Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, Kyriakos Kokkinos announced that Cyprus will proceed implementing a tele-service to serve its citizens.

Tele-service means serving citizens via telephone, email, and even a video call.

Mr. Kokkinos stated that “the tender will be announced within the next few weeks”. The Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance, the Registrar of Companies, and other ministries are expected to use tele-service.
