Deadline for the Payment of Annual Levy for 2022 for Cypriot Companies

We would like to remind interested parties that the deadline for the Annual Levy for 2022 for Cypriot companies was extended to 31 December 2022 without the imposition of a penalty.

Amendment to the Companies Law, which was introduced via Law L.96(I)/2022 had a retroactive effect as of 30 June 2022.

As previously announced by the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, all payments that were made with a late payment penalty imposed between 1 July 2022 and 04 July 2022 should apply for Return of Fees by using the Form KE1 to be filed at the Cashier’s Office of the Department of Registrar of Companies.
