Cyprus – Fast Issuance of Property Title Deeds

On February 15, 2024, at the training day of the Pancypriot Association of Land and Building, the Minister of the Interior Mr. Konstantinos Ioannou announced the new procedures for issuing property title deeds.

In his statement, Mr. Ioannou emphasised the Government’s commitment to creating conditions to promote development by introducing faster and more flexible procedures to avoid delays and inconvenience to citizens.

Accordingly, the new procedures will allow title deeds will be issued within three months.
